I love discovering and using new tech products for my real estate business! Some of my current favorites are:

Snag It-This enables you to copy and paste items you view  on your computer into a jpeg format very easily so you can utilize these images in emails or documents.

Fujitsu Scan Snap Scanner- This allows you to easily scan your contract folders into a pdf file after settlement. It does any size or thickness of paper  plus both sides in color at a rapid fire pace.

Flip Video- This gadget allows you to easily film a home and upload your comments and images into youtube.com

Kindle- I have to mention it….while on the road this is a fabulous way to carry hundreds of books OR download one in 60 seconds for a quick read if you have a few moments between appointments.
